Welcome to Luam Wellness, where I offer yoga classes, retreats, and wellness workshops for individuals and groups, as well as bodywork treatments such as massage and reflexology.

My services are open to everyone, offering a space to slow down, feel supported, and take care of yourself.

I also specialise in working with people who face barriers to accessing wellness, those with more complex needs, and the professionals—particularly in health, social care, and education—who support them.

All of my work is grounded in a gentle, trauma-informed approach that respects each person’s unique journey.
